632 BBC Drag engine new Dynoed 1100hp

Brand new series of engine From Dyno-Flo. This 632 engine, starts with a dart splayed cap big m iron block, Knife edged 4340 forged crank 4.75" stroke eagle 4340 h beam rods w/ l-19 rods, je gas port domed pistons which are ceramic coated for thermal efficiency, and .043" back cut rings. The rotating assembly is internally balanced on our hines balancer, Machining takes place in our machine shop which also includes an RMC v40 cnc block machining center. The camshaft is a custom solid roller 7-4 swap cam, w/ comp cams tall body solid roller lifters hipo style, custom .080" wall pushrods w/ 210* tip for better contact w/ the rockers. Billet double roller timing chain w/ torrington bearing, w/ button and cover, fluid sfi Damper w/ billet pointer the heads are CFE BMF 385cc heads w/ additional port work done in house, w/ our own stainless valves which in combination w/ the additional port work adds approx 12 cfm to head flow. assembled w/ titanium retainers and 1.65" springs for up to .850" lift screw in studs and guide plate the heads are also thermal coated in the chambers to enhance burn rate and make more power w/ lees timing. This will also enhance the consistency of the engine when running brackets, because water temp will have less bearing on the et you rcar runs. The intake is the Profiler Sniper intake ported to fit the BMF heads, The oiling system has the moroso eliminator oil pan w/ pick up and melling hv oil pump w/ steel pinned shaft. Rockers are comp cams magnum series roller rockers and CFE stud girdle, fabricated valve covers are installed on this engine to top it off.
this engine supplied intake manifold to oil pan assembled as above and dynoed will make just about 1100hp @ 7100 rpm w/ a vac pump on c-14 fuel tq will be about 860#. cost in this set up is 13599.00.

add on vac pump assembly installed moroso 3 vane system w/ line kit, mandrel, belt and breather tank, and a BG 1290cfm Demon carb w/ trick spacer and MSD billet distributor adds 2400.00

add on a Comp Belt Drive and Jesel comp series rockers, for 1500.00

add on titanium valves for 1000.00.

a nitrous version of this engine is available for no extra cost, but it does make a little less power because of the configuration of the pistons and rings.
